Pool and theory
A morning in the classroom, an afternoon in the pool. You learn to breathe, clear your mask and hover before the ocean is even mentioned.

- Theory can be finished online before you fly
First ocean dives
Two shore dives on the Tulamben house reef, no deeper than 12 metres, repeating the pool skills with fish for company.
- Shore entry, no boat needed
- Never more than four students per instructor
Certified to 18 metres
Two deeper dives, a short exam and your certification card. Most students celebrate with a fun dive on the Liberty wreck.
